09 November 2017 Payment to contractor is done in two parts. 1st advance payment was done in October on which tds was deducted and now final payment in November so do I have to take two separate invoice or 1 bill is fine? and what should be the invoice date? I paid and deducted tds for advance payment.

09 November 2017 one invoice is enough. The date can be the completion date
