19 January 2011 What is the time limit for availing service tax credit??

19 January 2011 There is no time limit for claiming credit, however in case of service tax credit the only condition is the bill must be paid so it must be paid in full or if partly paid proportionate credit shall be available.

once the bill is paid you can take credit any time
