Input claim as a duty drawnback on exported goods

20 June 2014 If a manufacture company export the goods to outside India & paid the duty on export goods & such duty paid on export goods is claimed under rebate for claim of duty on export, then whether such manufacture company can claim an input duty under duty drawback scheme or not.

Plz clear my doubts.

21 June 2014 If you have exported the goods under rebate then you can also take the duty drawback without cenvat credit. You can take both the benefit.
