I want to Know about ITO Ward that If a Salary Person Apply for PAN from his/her home Location and afterthan he/she has to go other Place outside their District. So, where he/she has to file their IT return, in their Pan Applied ITO Ward or where their Service Office has Located ITO Ward ?
and That person wants to file IT return without going to ITO Ward. Means E-filling
One more Question raised that If they Person wants to file E-filling what Digital Signature helps for E-Filling.
Pls Know me the Process of E-filling and how works Digital Signature.

It will come to your bank account if in the refund case, its ECS...From fy 2008-09 you cant file to department have to send by ordinary post to bangalore..
