I'm a salaried person & moving to USA at the end of Oct'2011 & planning to return toward end of next year. I've not gone to USA in last 2 years. I've following 2 questions based on the same -
1) How will my USA income be treated for F.Y. 2011-12 from Income Tax perspective?
2) Do I need to pay tax on the same?

1. The same shall be taxable in india.
2. yes, if any Indian tax is payable after taking the credit of the US taxes.

1. Yes, but only if you are changing job. If Indian Company pays salary in USA then no tax liability in USA.
2. Take credit of income tax deducted in USA in Indian return.
