Income tax benefit in respect of medical reimbursement

Respected Sir,
For the financial year we need to know about the income tax benefit in respect of Medical reimbursement amount if any changes made in the new finance act 2012.
I have come to know the followings:
Medical reimbursement : Max limit for medical reimbursements has been increased to 50,000 per year from current 15,000 limit.

Not any thing in Finance Bill 2012.

There is no such amendment for medical expenses. BUt u/s 80D Rs 5000 is allowed for preventive health chekc ups.
