24 July 2012 please explain me keyman insurance policy ....its tax treatment....and in which head of income it must be taxable??

26 July 2012 If keyman is alive then it will be taxable under the head salaries in the hands of keyman.
Bt if not then it will be taxable in the hands of employer under the head business & profession or other sources.
