sir can you tell me the procedure or any section under which it is allowed.. and whether business includes profession also for section 44AD? as for computing income from business and profession we assume profession as business only. and your reply also says that we dont have to file ITR 4 sugam for this. is it correct? and can we file ITR 4 without tax audit in other audit cases also?
