Actually I missed on submitting the proofs of the Rent Recipts for the HRA Claim, to my old company and my new company will not except the Rent Recipt Proofs for the old company HRA claim. Hence my HRA Claim for the month from April till Oct 2014 are not captured in the Form 16. But I do stay on Rent, and i could show the rental agreement and rent recipts as proof of this missing months. Now, How to get the rebate on the Tax deducted while filing the return as the same is not captured in the Form 16.
You need to file a revised return (if already filed) or need to take that in account while filing of returns. 100% query will come so make sure you do not delete any of the documents, rent receipt and all. you will get the refund aas calculated
