HRA and house loan repayment deduction u/s 80C

One of my client is having a land in Jaipur city while he is working 50 kms away from Jaipur and residing in a rented house. He has taken loan to purchase the said land and now he is repaying the loan. He is also receiving HRA.
Can he get exemption u/s 10(13A)and 80C both.

Yes, he can claim u/s 10(13A) and 80C also.
