i am a doctor running a pathology lab now wish to transfer the same to a company.can i recieve goodwill of my profession in addition to the cost of assets of my lab.what willbe the incometax implications.

For a professional, There is no tax on sale of goodwill. But for profit on sale of other assets, then there will be tax
