Glow sign board expenses

we are displaying the glow sign board at outdoor of the store/office. we are paying the advertisement tax to the MCH.
when we are booking the invoice related to glow sign board, does it comes under advertisement cost or fixed assets - fixture and furniture cost.
Please clarify my doubt.

First in order to become your asset it should be your asset. this is not your asset. and u r paying some money in the form of tax periodically for its usage.
so in my opinion it should be clasified as advertisement expenses. and u need to pay the FBT also.

But FBT is exempted on exp incurred in connection with sign boards
