Dear Experts,
An individual(male) who has received a cheque from his father in law on the occasion of his ring engagement as a gift and the marrige was solmnised after three days of ring engagemet. Whether the said cheque will come in the definition of gift on the occasion of marriage or not.
Please advise me.
