Hello Friends, i need some clarification regarding the treatment of salary paid to Drivers who are on roll employees, as it is liable for FBT, but i have some confusion about the amount which should be considered in this regard, whether Gross, Basic or some other. Further Exp. on Uniform etc. are to considered or not. and finally won't it amount to double taxation if the co. is paying FBT and employee is also paying tax as an individual.

There is no requirement to pay FBT on the salary of drivers who are your own employees.

Salary of employees is not covered in FBT at all.
