24 June 2016 Dear Sir,
What is the difference between these terms -
freight to pay
and
F O R

Please clarify.

24 June 2016 freight to pay : means buyer will pay the freight.
FOR: then good mentioned in the invoice will be transmitted from the supplier to the client without any transportation charges.

13 August 2016 Freight to pay means the recipient of goods - the importer or the buyer will pay for the transportation of goods from the point of loading to unloading.
FOR means Freight on Road and Rails implying that the charges for transportation either by Road or by Rail will be borne by the Seller.
