1.My father arrear pension is paid on october-2017. Does it Mandatory to File FORM- E relief U/S-89 Before 31stMarch??
2.March Pension is not paid by the bank till now 25-march-2018 so i am confusing the march pension actully monthly pension is Rs 28226/month,even in form 26AS tax is deducted till December but Jan ,Feb tax is not show in 26AS

1. No. Form 10E can be filed any time before filing the IT Return

Form 10 E is required to be file when you claim relief in your Income Tax return. You have to file it only at the tym of filing return.
TDS return for Feb & March is due after 31 March. So wait for it .
