Dear sir, I am a food grains dealer, having export licence. I would like to know that, what would be the CST rate, If I makes an export of rice, after purchasing from local market. Whether the Form H shall applicable in said transaction for exemption. And also, from where I can get Form H. Please advise me.

First of all Food grains is taxfree commodity except Soyabeen. So you need not have to charge any tax on it. Second If you are exporting any goods then these goods are exempt from tax subject to proof of export.
If its direct export by you, you should have Bill of ladding , SR , PO etc,
If Its Indirect export you should get H form from Purchaser.
