Yes, we can. In the 26AS web page go to File- SaveAs, and in the name box add.xls extension. the file will be saved as an excel file.

But that is in the case if we are registered for 26AS what if the form is received through mail and the client is not registered for Fomr 26As

I didn't see a form 26AS received through mail since our company have registered for the same. If the file is PDF file i think you don't have any option to convert it into excel. Otherwise you just try to rename the file with .xls extension or copy past the contents into an excel sheet.
