My query is ragarding deduction of TDS.
I've been issued Form 16A by my employer indicating deductions wrt 2 quarters of AY 2008-09. However, IT Dept re-imbursed only 1 qtr's deduction. My income is not taxable. The deduction of other qtr is neither reflecting in their records. kindly guide me whom to approach and how?

You contact your employer and find out whether they have filed etds of 1 quarter which is missing for you and also find out whether they have given correct pan in the tds return filed by them. Then collect the acknowledgement number of the return from them and with a letter approach your assessing officer then you can get refund.
