THE ESTIMATED TOTAL INCOME OF PCS IS BELOW TAXABLE LIMIT

REGARDS

03 June 2009 No, Form 15G is declaration for not to deduct
TDS fron Interest Income only. Hence, it cannot be used for professional fee

04 June 2009 Form No.15G is only for non-deduction of tds on interest income.

if you don't want to deduct tds on your income then you have apply for your assessing officer alongwith your last 3 years income tax return stating that your tds liability is lower than TDS deduction. so according to details submitted by you, assessing officer will issue a certificate to you for non deduction or lower deduction of tds, which you have to produced to your party, who is deducting your TDS.

i hope this will meet your requirement
