Suppose a person have not filled his income tax return of A.Y 2009-2010 on which tds is deducted by his employer but now. individual have received notice from income tax department for not filling of income tax return. what should be done in this case please reply as soon as possible

First thak you for reply. now my question is should i file itr manually and in this case i liable to pay any penalty regarding for non filling of itr
