Reimbursement of medical expenditure upto Rs 15000/- is not treated as prequisite hence it is not not included in employee;s income , hence not chargeable to tax.
is this amount covered under FBT. Is company liable to pay FBT on the same.

Yes Hemant is right. Company have to pay FBT on medical reimbursement upto 15000/- as the same is exempt in the hands of the employees. But over & above that limit it will be taxable in the hands of employees so there is no question of FBT over & above 15000/-
