14 May 2012 As we are manufcture of fertilizers and pay Excise Duty@1% availing Exemption under Notification No. 1/2011 CE.
Is Subsidy receivable by us on clearances of fertilizers inclusible in assessable value for the purpose of Excise Duty calculation..??
