15 June 2015 i have have an excel sheet in which there are different column like serial no, name , phone no, and address . i want to segregate this data according to areas . but it cant be done . when i apply find option according to areas only address shown but need their phone no and other details alongwith address. plz tell me how can i do this

15 June 2015 Use filter functionality. Then you can view all data based on area selected.
