What is the procedure & documents required for claiming deduction u/s 80DDB & can assessee claim deduction for maintaining his mother sister's (Masi)under this section ?

as per rule 11D a certificate in form no 10-I is to be atteched to return
since as of now return is filed annexure less hence such certificate shall be obtained and kept ready for presenting before AO is so asked
no deduction cannot be claimed in respect of MASI

On above case his Mother Sister's (Masi) was dependent on him than he can claim under u/s 80DDB ?

dependant for the purpsoe of section 80ddb is defoined which does not include MASI
