i purchase a machinery for my own business.
the machinery is comes from out side the gujarat.but the bill of purchase is received from gujarat dealer.it means this is r.r purchase.

i have to issued a c form to gujarat dealer which bill i received as purchase bill.
but i want to know that can i have to received e2 forms from dealer.the machinery which i purchase is only for my own use. i have not for sale.as example
a is machinery owner outside of gujarat
b is dealer which bill i received as purchase
c is me
b is issued c form to a and received e1 from from a
c that i issued c form to b but, can i have to received e2 from b because i am purchase item for my own use not for sale
so can explain what have to i do.

04 December 2009 you can't issue "C" form, if any material is purchasesd for your self utility and that is not related to your business.

In my opinion machinery purchased for help in their own business is treated as an asset to firm, and could be purchased against 'C' Form.

Further need not to receive E2 Form since you have not dealt further into the said transaction. It is required only at the instance you sale it out of the state in which you are registered dealer.
