if a person is selling good to another state then what are the conditions under which he has to register himself ? he is unable to get tax credit on goods purchased by him. is there any limit of turnover to being registered ? thanks in advance...

if you are not registered dealer also you can can sell the goods to another state but buyer should pay the tax in case of seller is unregistered dealer and buyer could not avail the input and concessional tax rate also.
