hello experts i got in chaos in between CMA and CS plz help me out through this. I know that CS core knowledge is on company A/c and CMA is on costing,valuation but still needs a little enlightment on both

from academic view point- CS is more of theory and CMA is more of practical. So if you dont like theory don't go for CS and vice-versa.

Cost Accountant role is skewed towards number crunching with topics on Cost and variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, MIS, cost records which has statutory recognition etc. However, the Company secretary discharges secretarial and corporate governance matters.
