An individual transferred land to a builder. Then the builder gave a certain sum after deducting a certain amount for a flat in that building. Can the deducted amount be claimed under sec 54F. Can it be taken as "amount invested / incurred"?

Subject to other conditions of section 54F, if satisfied, then the amount invested in flat can be considered for the purpose of exemption U/s 54F. .
