Dear sir
We are forgot to e-Verify my clients ITR within 120 days, now it is possible to verify after 120 days ..?, if it possible to verify means , how do i verify and is he laiable to pay any penalty..?

You can E-verify the return now
Select option for delay as ITR sent but not received
No penalty needs to be pay

You can e verify giving appropriate reason., but it is discretion of income tax officer to consider, otherwise return will become invalid.
