mr. A having long term capital gain of rs. 10 lacs and covered audit u/s 44ab
now please tell what is the due date for depositing the capital gain in CAG A/c scheme?

Amount has to be deposited in Capital Gain Account scheme on or before the due date of filing the return.
Since the assessee is required to get his accounts audited, the due date of filing the return is 30th September.
Accordingly the amount has to be deposited on or before 30th September.
