27 August 2014 do today also CA+ CS have higher value then only CA??

Yes it is.

But from job point of view there is no much difference for having CS as additional degree.

It is only if an organization have candidates having only CA degree and having CA + CS, it will prefer CA + CS candidate.

03 September 2014 ca+ cs will have knowledge of Accounts & company law. Companies prefer to ca+cs because of cost cutting. So person having both qualification will have more opportunity than those having only one qualification.
