What should be the best business form i.e. society, trust, company for running schools, colleges, coachins centres at large scale keeping in view the low tax burden of IT and Service tax.

You have raised an issue of substance over form. Like every thing else in life there is no single size fits all solution. Make a list of the stake-holders,which will include non investors also next list out the commercial aspects by a process of elimination your answer will be found.
