my client is NRI he wants to remit salary from US which is taxable in US.Please tell me what is the proceedure for remitting these income to india

SERVICE TAX INPUT CREDIT AND STPI UNITS

CAN SOME PLS TELL ME IF STP UNITS CAN CLAIM THE SERVICE TAX INPUTS WHATEVER THEY PAY ON INPUT SERVICES??? CAN U PLS GIVE ME THE DETAIS AS TO WHICH ALL INPUTS CAN BE CLAIMED AS REFUND???

Revision Petition

Assessing Officer has passed expary order u/s 144 now i would like to file Revision Petition( u/s 263 & 264 ) rather than going for CIT (A), can i do s.

Secondly is there any specific form for filing Revision Petition under Income Tax Act.
