PE-II Group II

hai iam a PE-II student i have cleared I group in Nov 2006. Nov2007 is my sixth attempt, i have failed in Nov2007 exam. I want to know whether i can write PE-II Exam in May2008.

i am ca final year student i joined articleship on 19th april 2007 and my attempet will on may 2009 so please tell me
1.how many leave i can take from my firm

2.if i am changing my firm and there is any gape between my tranfer to one frim to second firm then my attmeped will effect by this situatioin

TDS on Composite contract

A composite contract has been issued to party consisting Design, Supply & Supervision of erection of equipments. Cost component has been separately mentioned in the BOQ for Designing and Supply of equipments.

Whether TDS will be applicable on designing cost only or on total work order value?

for printers catridge refilling and tonners purchase purpose from on single party on that tds deducted or not?

resident's income in foreign currency

If a resident and ordinarily resident person earns some income in foreign currency, what is the rate of exchange at which it shiuld be taken as income for tax purpose? Will the same rate apply for relief for the taxes paid outside India?
