The Indian subsidiary company shows debtor of INR 60,000 receivable from Foreign Parent company but the Foreign Parent company shows creditor of eqv. amount of INR 50,000 , the difference is mainly due to some invoices that were recorded in Parent company at later date.
Now while preparing Consolidated Financial statement , how to treat above inter-company adjustment ?

Mobile number did not get carried over into V3 portal login and unable to do anything in MCA site.

An Indian company provided a job work service (on an item) to a foreign company (Nepal), and foreign company deducted a withholding tax. In DTAA there is no specific provision to tax job work service.
will it be covered under other article provision and it will be taxable in India only and foreign tax credit of all entire withholding tax will be allowed as relief u/s 90?

As per new rule Form NDH 4 is deemed to be approved we have not received any reply after 45 day. But for filing for 20A the order of NDH-4 approval is required. Then how to solve this situation?
Also whether Government issued any order of rejection list for NDH-4?
