A waybill is a document issued by a carrier giving details and instructions relating to the dispatch of a consignment of goods.
If we send goods out of station or state waybill compulusay. if we transfer a stock from brach to another branch out of station waybill is compulsary. waybill is licence to transfer goods from one state to another state.

Typically it will show the names of the consignor(sender) and consignee(receiver), the point of origin of the consignment, its destination, route, and method of shipment, and the amount charged for carriage. see all these are in order, match with corresponding entry in books.
