if we purchase box (with details and MRP sticker duly affixed) and by product separately and sell the same by putting product into the box as single item.

Depend upon the classification of goods and your activity. purchase the goods in bulk and putting the sticker and sale in retail will be fall under the deemed manufacture. You should consult with any professional.
