sir, our claint was a contruction produts supplied,he was a billed to chennai and supplied to ongole . then he sent under cst or vat tas plz suggest imdtly

If he has depot or branch in AP and sending construction material/products specifically then he should charge VAT and
if he is not sending specifically then he should charge CST is billing from Chennai to AP.

One addition, I will like to made. No CST sale can be executed if there is no movement of goods from one state to another.
