How do i get money from my deceased father Bank Account. Any Affidavit format is available please e-mail to my id at sheeadas@gmail.com

Firstly confirm with the bank if they will give you the money on submitting the affidavit. If yes, you need to go to the nearby court, catch hold of a lawyer & he will do the needful.
