no..the address details cannot be extracted on the basis of PAN.

dear friend...you cannot access address on the basis of PAN...that facility is only available once you have logged in and have access to Form 26AS.

after u login, there is a profile setting option, then go to update contact detail where u can see ur address.

This facility is available for the person who want to see the address details for yourself and not for the others.
