ROC stands for REGISTRAR OF COMPANIES.
It acts as a Registrar and hence all those Corporate Matters which has the importance in and reference to Companies Act, Rules,Regulations, Notifications issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and validated by a Company Meeting (basically AGM and EGM)are required to be filed with ROC.
Its just like informing your activities and whereabouts to your parents.
ROC returns are comprised of varius FORMs which are filled now a days through ONline System.
For different purpose different form Nos are assigned and you can attach the PDF version of other supplimentary documents which are required alongwith Filling to substantiate the same.

Thanks a lot.Bt did u ever file ROC return or ever came across such type of work if so plz forward me dat all if possible for actually i wna see such wrk n wna gt practical knwlegde of it.
If yes, then you 'll get all these things throughout your life. So do not get over excitements. You 'll get to learn all these even from the very first day in your Management Training after your Intermediate.
If you are a CA or ICWA student or related finance executive, you can get the chance to go through these papers in the organization, or client you work for.
Last, if you are not any of those above, you can get all these from MCA portal by filling minimum fees required ( Say Rs 50) for any Company you prefer.
But as a professional it is outside our ethics that we cannot share our documents to an outsider. So I cant take your request.
