A document is doing rounds on social media claiming resumption of DA to Central Government employees & Dearness Relief to Central Government pensioners from July 2021. This OM is Fake. No such OM has been issued by GOI.

CA Exams 2021: 6000 CA Students Write to the PMO to Postpone CA Exams

6000 CA students have written a representation letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi to request him to postpone the CA Exams by some days so that 3,00,000 students who are appearing for the exams can get vaccinated.

Representation to MCA requesting extension of timelines due to COVID-19 by ICSI

ICSI has written a representation letter to the Ministry of Corporate Affairs to extend the timeline for filing Form CFSS-2020 till 31st July 2021 and for filing Form DPT-3 for the year ended 31st March 2021 till 31st July 2021.

Public Debt Management report for the quarter of January - March 2021

During Q4 of FY21, the Central Government issued dated securities worth Rs 3,20,349 crore as against Rs 76,000 crore in Q4 of FY20, while repayment was at Rs 29,145 crore.

CA Exams 2021: SC to hear PIL filed by CA Students on Monday, 28th June 2021

The PIL filed on behalf of 987 students across 20 states and 3 UTs by Advocate Anubha Shrivastava seeking relief measures is scheduled to be heard by the Supreme Court on Monday, 28th June 2021.

CBDT extends due date of various compliances and announces tax exemption for expenditure on COVID-19

The Government has granted further extension of timelines of compliances under Income Tax Act. It has also announced tax exemption for expenditure on COVID-19 treatment and ex-gratia received on death due to COVID-19.

RBI issues guidelines on distribution of dividend by NBFCs

RBI has decided to prescribe guidelines on the distribution of dividend by NBFCs. These guidelines shall be effective for declaration of dividend from the profits of the financial year ending March 31, 2022, and onwards.

Concession in Registration Fees given by ICSI to students who lost their parents due to any reason including COVID-19

ICSI has decided to financially support students who have lost both or either of their parents or legal guardian due to any reason. These students can now avail a 100% concession in fee, payable at the time of registration to the CS Executive Programme.
