1.Complete knowledge of Finalization of Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet as per Indian GAAP/IFRS;
2.Supervise bookkeeping, accounting, billing and recovery;
3.Preparation / Review of Monthly / Quarterly Reporting and Balance Sheet Analysis;
4.Cash managements, Coordinating with Internal and statutory auditors;
Preparation of Cash Flow and Fund Flow Statement, Budget Variance Analysis, 5.Handling Direct & Indirect Taxes and generate MIS reports;
6.Preparation / Review of Bank Reconciliations;
7.Fixed Assets Accounting & Reconciliation;
8.Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations;
9.Ability to drive process improvements;
10.Comply with accounting, company law, taxation, and foreign exchange regulations and ensure all returns are filed on time.
11.Implementing budgetary controls;
12.Implement budgetary control in Oracle;
13.Month close & Monthly Financial reporting;
