Due to a health problem my hands shake terribly at times.
So i may not write the exam legibly and fastly. is there any provision so that i can take along with me another person so that i will dictate him and he will write for me. I would not mind if the institute provides me with such person.
pl help me out with this matter .

It's a wastage of your pecious time to ask these type of questions here.
You must write an e-mail directly to ICAI to get permission by providing all medicals documents
