pls help me and update the VAT rate of coffee powder in Goa and Gujarat states.

please see the goa vat commodity schedule and goa vat commodity schedule in comes under vat 5% under schedule B UNDER

Coffee beans and seeds, cocoa pod, green tea leaf and chicory.

in gujarat icomes under schedule 2 of gujarat sales tax act under sl no 22 rate of tax is four paise in the rupee.

Coffee beans and seeds, cocoa pods, green tea leaf and Chicory tubers or chicory roots whether cut or dried or processed

I want to know both coffee beans and powder will come under the same schedule entry and have the same tax rate in Gujarat ( 4 +1) and Goa 5%. As per MVAT powder attracts 12.50% where as beans is 5%.

I want to know the vat rate of flex printing charges in west bengal. and wheather service tax is applicate to it ?

I want to know wheather vat is applicable to the charges of space for advertisement in bill board. If applicable then what is vat rate applicable to it?
