we can't under stand why Apex court says vat audit by ca only if ca is a degree course then LLb is also a degree course secondly, those who knows the vat act are most perfect to vat audit either he is ca or llb does not make any difference. BUT in GUJRAT, still Sales Tax Practitoner CAN DO vat Audit bcoz in Gujrat Vat Act , Sales tax Practitoner is authorised as Auditor while in maharashtra Act, Sales tax practitioner is not authorised .
GUJARAT Sales Practitoner is still authorised for Vat Audit and will continue as it is given in law
