Normally, if such error messages occur, that amount would be reversed to your bank account with in a day or two. Check with your banker/customer care, whether that transaction amount has been paid off or it has been declined.

If it is declined, you can make the payment again and proceed further. If it has been paid already, contact icaiexam helpline.

otherwise contact to your bank he will back your payment

I have talk to ICAI. they are not clearly replying.

they are saying that payment will be refunded with in 60 days.

but they did not provide satisfactory answer that whether i should fill the form again or not
