As you all guys know that the new rule passed by the Institute on ban on the Transfers is not acceptable by most of the students. As you all know that this step has been taken to reduce the no. of Dummy articles .
But as per me, this rule is affecting all the students. As an article,one will take transfer only because he/she dislikes the current firm.e.g. an article wants tranfer only because he/she got anough knowldge at their current place and wants to switch over to better or BIG 4's only to get more exposure .
ANd what if the Article feels Exploited??? Like non payment of Stipend or late working hours or just the fact that there is not enough quality of work???
These all things should be thought of ....
The most important things is these rules are passed by members !!!! I mean are we living in a DEMOCRACY OR DICTARORSHIP, the rules that effect us are passed without even a suggestion from us !!!
