Dear Jayanti, Same a public company a transfer can be executed in a pvt company by executing a share transfer deed between transferor and transferee.
An additional compliance of ariticles of association is to be done, for eg: obtaining a consent for transfer from other shareholders or sending a notice to other shareholders informing about the said transfer.
